Strategic
Solutions Group
Workshops and Topics
We, at Strategic Solutions Group,
believe that creating and maintaining a motivational
climate in which people may succeed is based on
the ability to channel the skills, abilities, attitudes,
and behaviors of the members in the organization
in the right direction. Creating an atmosphere that
allows individuals to want to work towards organizational
and personal goals is critical for long-term success.
We believe that training and development should
incorporate skills, behaviors, and attitudes that
support goal setting, application, accountability,
measurement and review. As a result, we place high
value on creating an environment within the organization
where employees are lead towards the accomplishment
of individual and corporate goals.
Our facilitators utilize adult learning principles, facilitated discussions, structured group activities, and experiential learning activities to provide participants an opportunity to engage, buy-in, and most importantly, enjoy the learning process.
While we develop and customize all
content to meet the specific needs of the organization,
the following are some of the most often requested
