is an organizational development firm started in April of
1998. Headquartered in Waco, Texas, and with affiliates
in Dallas, Austin, and Houston, we currently have clients
throughout United States and Canada .
Our Mission
We specialize in providing business and industry
with the valuable resources they need to increase sales,
profitability, productivity, and overall organizational
effectiveness . We believe that organizations in America
today are faced with more challenges than ever before. The
two main challenges faced are either "System Problems"
or "People Problems."
We believe that "people problems"
are the number one threat that organizations face in pursuit
of reaching their goals and creating shareholder value.
